We're really excited about some interesting, new research funded by Pharmacy Research UK (PRUK). Led by Paul Duell, a researcher at the University of East Anglia's School of Pharmacy, ‘Determining Patient Health Literacy during a Medicine Consultation’, looks at how health literacy can be accurately assessed during a medicine consultation with a pharmacist. Paul has over 25 years’ experience of working in community pharmacy and is currently the Chief Officer of Suffolk and Great Yarmouth Local Pharmaceutical Committee.

Following on from the publication Making it Easier - a health literacy action plan for Scotland 2017-2025 last week, there is launch event which will take place on 8 February 2018 at Discovery Point, Dundee. To book your place, click here!
